Processing times are not included in delivery ETA and range within 1-3 business days (holidays, special occasions may delay both processing and delivery times).
Oversized item delivery fees are reflected in the product price. Refer to product page for specific details. Currency is adjusted for international orders. For orders exceeds 2kg/4.4lb, you may be contacted for additional delivery cost depending on package size and delivery destination.

Tracking
All SUKOSHI MART orders are shipped out of Canada through Canada Post and USPS.
All orders will receive a post-purchase email including a tracking number. If you did not receive a confirmation email, kindly check your spam folder or contact our customer support team at hello@sukoshimart.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Although we try our best to deliver your items out as soon as possible, delivery times may vary depending on a number of factors:
- Delivery company's processing times
- Custom examination (when bound outside Canada)
- Delays due to weather conditions, holidays, unexpected events
Fail or Unclaimed Delivery
Your order may be returned to us when unclaimed or due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address. These failed delivery attempts are considered undeliverable.
When an undeliverable package is returned to us, we can either issue a refund or attempt to re-ship the package (additional fee applies). In the case that an undeliverable order is cancelled by the customer, the original delivery fee will be applied. In some cases, an additional handling fee (15% of the value of your order) will be applied.
If your package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an error on the part of our Delivery Service Provider, we will re-send your order at no additional cost to you.
Policies
- Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state and local laws.
- For US, UK, EU & BRAZIL customers, international duties and taxes are unpaid for both paid and free shipping. Your package may also incur handling fees charged by the final carrier and/or custom charges at delivery.
- SUKOSHI MART is not responsible for any fees charged at delivery. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in any form. All SUKOSHI MART policies are subject to change without advance notice. Be aware of your local custom regulations.
- Please ensure that all of your information is correct prior to submitting your order (ex. address, zip/postal code, phone number, billing address) as SUKOSHI MART is not responsible for additional fees to reship the order.
- We reserve the right to consolidate orders going to the same address in one delivery.
