• Can I place orders for in-store pick up?

  We do not offer in-store pick up options. However, you can call SUKOSHI MART stores to inquire about in-stock products and placing items on hold.

• I saw some items in-store, but I couldn’t find them on your online website. Can I still order them?

  Sometimes our catalog will slightly differ between store locations and sukoshimart.com. While we can’t add certain items to your online purchase, you can call our respective SUKOSHI MART store locations to have items placed on hold for you.

• What hours are you open?

  Our store hours differ by business days, weekends and holidays. For more information about store hours, please refer to store locations respectively.

• Can I exchange my online purchase in-store?

  We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for online purchases in-store. Unless advised otherwise by our customer service team, online orders are ineligible for return or exchange at any of our store locations.

• I received store credit for my online purchase. Can I use it for in-store purchases?

  Store credit issued for sukoshimart.com can only be used on sukoshimart.com. In-store credits can only be used in our store locations.

• Can I redeem my rewards points in-store?

  Yes! We offer new rewards every month. Rewards may be different in-store than online. All rewards are available while supplies last.
