Sale Period

The SUKOSHI MART End of Summer Sale Campaign (herein referred to as the "End of Summer Sale") will run online from August 22, 2023, at 12:00 PM ET, to September 5, 2023, at 12:00 PM ET, on sukoshimart.com (herein referred to as the “Site”) and the SUKOSHI MART app. App users may access the End of Summer Sale at 11:00 AM ET on August 22, 2023.

 

The Buy 1, Get 1 30% Off K-beauty promotion period is split into two weeks. Week One takes place from August 22, 2023, 12PM ET to August 29, 2023, 12PM ET. Week Two takes place from August 29, 12PM ET, to September 5, 2023 12PM ET.

Terms of Sale

Discounts

Discounts are valid on eligible items only, as defined at SUKOSHI MART’s discretion, and as indicated on the Site, and SUKOSHI MART reserves the right to make changes at any time, without prior notice. Discounts and promotions introduced in the End of Summer Sale cannot be stacked with any other existing promotions or offers. Discounts and promotions do not include the following items: gift cards, skincare bundles, skincare sets, and sock bundles. The range of offers for the online End of Summer Sale are as follows:

• 10% Off for Miffy© merchandise and non-licensed stationery;
• 15% Off for Shopzoki©, Smoko©, blind boxes, and non-licensed accessories;
• 20% Off for BT21 & licensed anime plushies;
• 25% Off for licensed anime home goods and stationer, excluding Studio Ghibli© and Sanrio©;
• Buy 1, Get 1 30% Off on select Beauty products of the same brand. Applies to 2 items of the same brand. Items will be automatically discounted at checkout. Week One brands include: COSRX, ROUND LAB, and Klairs. Week Two brands include: Etude House, Beauty of Joseon, and I'M FROM.

Product Availability and Description

While SUKOSHI MART tries to ensure that product availability and product information (including stock levels, and description, size, material, ingredient, and other relevant information) are as accurate and up-to-date as possible, errors may still occur. SUKOSHI MART reserves the right to update or change any information presented on the Site at their sole discretion, without any prior notice, including after orders have been submitted or received.

In the case of a product being unavailable after an order has been submitted, SUKOSHI MART will notify the customer as soon as possible.

Please note that photographic representation of each product on the Site is for informational purposes only, and that colours may not be represented exactly due to limitations in reproduction. Slight variations may occur in real life. All information presented on the site is for general informational purposes only; please refer to the packaging or labels on the physical product for complete descriptions or usage instructions.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are as shown on the Site, displayed in either CAD (Canadian Dollars), USD (US Dollars), or as per the preferences set by the individual customer. Items included in the Summer Sale will be indicated on the Site, and prices displayed will already have the discount included. All prices listed on the site do not include delivery fees, taxes, fees that may be incurred as customs or duties charges, or any other fees that may arise. Delivery charges and taxes will be displayed with the total cost of the order during the checkout process.

While SUKOSHI MART makes every effort to display prices accurately, errors or inaccurate reflection of prices may occur. SUKOSHI MART reserves the right to update or change prices on the Site at their sole discretion, without prior notice. SUKOSHI MART also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for products listed at an inaccurate price, as determined by SUKOSHI MART. Refused and cancelled orders will not be charged.

Delivery

SUKOSHI MART provides delivery within Canada, the US, the UK, the EU, and Brazil only. Customers of the Site must be residing in one of these countries; SUKOSHI MART reserves the right to cancel orders that violate this policy. Delivery fees are subject to destination and parcel weight; free shipping is only valid on qualifying orders which also meet the free shipping threshold of $65+CAD/$55+USD.

Taxes and Duties

SUKOSHI MART is not responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or any other charges or fees that may be incurred upon delivery. The recipient remains responsible for paying these fees upon receipt of their order, if applicable.

Order Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Orders placed on the Site cannot be cancelled, except in special cases at SUKOSHI MART’s discretion. Cancelled orders will not be charged. All sale and discounted items are final sale, barring exceptional cases as determined at SUKOSHI MART’s sole discretion. Regular price items included in orders placed during the Summer Sale are subject to the regular return and exchange policy, found here.

For hygiene and health and safety reasons, the following items are always final sale:

• Socks & Slippers
• Cutlery
• Food & Snacks
