Processing times are not included in shipping ETA and range within 1-2 business days (holidays, special occasions may delay both processing and shipping times).

Delivery Times

Although we try our best to ship your items out as soon as possible, the delivery times may vary depending on a number of factors:

  • Shipping company's processing times
  • Custom examination (when bound outside Canada)
  • Delays due to weather conditions, holidays, unexpected events

Policies

  • Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state and local laws.
  • For US customers, international duties and taxes are unpaid for both paid and free shipping. Your package may also incur handling fees charged by the final carrier and/or custom charges at delivery.
  • Sukoshi is not responsible for any fees charged at delivery. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in any form. All Sukoshi policies are subject to change without advance notice. Be aware of your local custom regulations.
  • Please ensure that all of your information is correct prior to submitting your order (ex. address, zip/postal code, phone number, billing address) as Sukoshi is not responsible for additional fees to reship the order.
