Return Policy
SUKOSHI MART accepts returns and issues online store credit for unopened and non-hygienic items.
All Sale and Discounted items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
At SUKOSHI MART, we do our best to ensure all our products are of the highest standard for quality. As a result, there are a few products that must be final sale for hygienic reasons. The following items are categorized as non-hygienic:
- Earrings
- Hair & Beauty accessories
- Face tools
- Socks & Slippers
- Cutlery & Tableware
- Blind boxes
For returns or exchanges of damaged K-pop items, we require customers to submit an unboxing video clearly showing the package and its contents upon receipt. The video must start with the unboxing of a SUKOSHI MART package, with no editing or cutting. Without this proof of condition, we cannot process your request.
Please note that some products with manufacturing defects will not be replaced or refunded. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For all other cases, kindly refer to the following rules:
- Return/exchange requests are permitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Item(s) purchased online can be returned through online exclusively by mail.
- Original receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Return items must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information is generated.
- SUKOSHI MART is not responsible for any additional return shipping and handling fees made.
- In the unlikely event of a defective product, please contact hello@sukoshimart.com.
- For purchases made in store, you can return or exchange your purchases in store only, at any SUKOSHI MART location.

SUKOSHI MART will not offer store credit for any open, used, or damaged products. Please notify us if there are any discrepancies or issues with your order within 7 days after delivery.
