WAIT LINE OPERATION

• Customers may begin lining up from 10 PM, August 30, 2022 (EST), the day before the grand opening.
• Tickets with the number of each customer’s turn will be distributed to ensure fair operation of the wait lines. You will be denied entry if you fail to present this ticket.
• Customers may wait in the hall area of the shopping mall outside the POP-UP.
• Additional security staff and shopping mall operation staff will be in charge of guiding the customers and managing the wait lines.
• Waiting may be restricted if the number of customers in line exceeds the maximum number of customers the venue can accommodate.

STORE CAPACITY

The POP-UP will be operating at a reduced capacity; this may change depending on the COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time of opening.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Items can be sold out early due to limited quantities.
• Refunds and exchanges are not available. Items with defects are only available for exchange on the day the purchase was made.
