Where is the PLAY LINE FRIENDS Yorkdale pop-up located?

As of January 11, 2022, PLAY LINE FRIENDS Yorkdale has closed!

Will there be any COVID-19 safety measure?

The store will be operating at a limited capacity which will be managed by a security team. Customers will also be required to wear masks that cover the nose, mouth and chin. We kindly ask that customers respect others and keep socially distanced in the lineup and in-store for a safe shopping visit!

Will all the products in the pop-up be available on SUKOSHIMART.COM?

The pop-up will have the widest range of BT21 and BROWN & FRIENDS products. Select products will be available on SUKOSHIMART.COM. If you can't find what you are looking for on our website then your best bet is to visit the pop-up!

When can I buy BT21 and BROWN & FRIENDS products on SUKOSHIMART.COM?

Line Friends Products are available for purchase on our website starting August 30, 2021 at 5:00 PM EDT!

Can I use/receive SUKOSHI rewards for purchases at the pop-up?

SUKOSHI rewards cannot be applied or redeemed for purchases at the Yorkdale pop-up location. SUKOSHI rewards can only be applied or redeemed online or at our STC and Square One locations.

Will all the products in the pop-up be available at other Sukoshi Mart locations (STC or Square One)?

Select products will be available at our Square One location starting November 12, 2021!

Select products will be available at our Scarborough Town Centre location in late January 2022. More details will be announced at a later date.     

What is the pop-up return and exchange policy?

Our return and exchange policy lasts 14 calendar days. If the pop-up is closed within your return and exchange window, please reach out to hello@sukoshimart.com to coordinate your return or exchange before the last effective date.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The following products are final sale for safety, health and hygienic reasons:

• Plushies
• Clothing Items
• Jewelry
• Hair accessories
• Beauty accessories

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the event that an item is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will repair or exchange the item as needed. If we determine that repair or replacement of a defective product is not practical, we will provide a refund.

Please note that purchases must be returned at the same location you completed your purchase. Purchases made through SUKOSHIMART.COM and Sukoshi Mart stores are covered separately under the Sukoshi Mart Return & Exchange Policy.
