When can I start visiting the PLAY LINE FRIENDS pop-up?

The PLAY LINE FRIENDS Montréal pop-up will officially open its doors on October 14, 2022 9 AM, and it’s set to run until January 2023. LINE-UP BEGINS AT 5:30 AM ON GRAND OPENING DAY.

Are there going to be any special events or promotions for the Grand Opening?

The first 300 customers on the Grand Opening day will receive a BT21 or LINE FRIENDS pen or pencil at random while supplies last. We will be implementing a wristband system to ensure that the giveaway process is as smooth as possible.

Grand Opening Weekend offers include the following: 

• Spend $125+ & receive a FREE BT21 Folding Mirror 
• Spend $175+ & receive a FREE BT21 Mini Hand Mirror 
• Spend $250+ & receive a FREE BT21 Silicone Mini Pouch OR a BT21 BABY Strap Mini Pouch

Where is the PLAY LINE FRIENDS pop-up located?

The PLAY LINE FRIENDS pop-up will be located in the Centre Eaton de Montréal, on the Tunnel Level, beside Bath & Body Works. Access the mall through the rue Sainte Catherine Entrance located on Saint-Catherine St W.

What kind of items will the pop-up be carrying?

This pop-up will primarily focus on brand new and recent LINE FRIENDS and BT21 collections. Find everything from plushies, to bags, to home decor, to T-shirts, and more–all featuring your favourite characters. All new limited-edition BT21 Montréal merch will also be available. 

Will you be restocking items that are sold-out?

Due to high demand, products tend to run out quickly. We recommend shopping early so you don't miss out on the items that you're interested in. We will have limited stock for each product carried at the pop-up, and once an item is sold-out, it’s likely gone for good. New products will be brought in every week, check back often!

Will there be long lines at the pop-up?

We anticipate that there will be a long line all throughout the Grand Opening day, and we recommend swinging by as early in the day as possible to secure your spot in line and avoid disappointment.

LINE UP BEGINS AT 5:30AM

Although we’ll try our best to accommodate everyone who wants to visit the pop-up, to streamline the line-up and shopping process in accordance with the mall’s hours, we may implement procedures throughout the duration of the pop-up to ensure that visitors have enough time to shop. This may include cutting off the line early.

What interactive experiences can we expect at the pop-up?

To make this pop-up even more immersive for fans, we will be implementing photo-op areas, claw machines and more to add a fun and interactive element to the whole experience! Stop by to see what prizes are available to win, and test your luck. New experiences will be added throughout the lifetime of the pop-up.

Will there be any COVID-19 safety measures?

The pop-up store will be operating in accordance with local regulations and mask mandates. We kindly ask that customers remain mindful of others and adhere to social distancing guidelines for a safe shopping experience!

Will all of the products at the pop-up also be available on SUKOSHIMART.COM?

The in-store pop-up will have the widest range of LINE FRIENDS and BT21 products as well as some in-store exclusive products. Select products will also be available on SUKOSHIMART.COM at a later date. If you can't find what you’re looking for on our website, your best bet is to visit the pop-up store if you’re in the area! Can I earn/redeem SUKOSHI Rewards for purchases at the pop-up?

SUKOSHI Rewards can be earned at the PLAY LINE FRIENDS Montréal pop-up store. Points can only be redeemed for select rewards at the pop-up location. Any points earned at the pop-up can be used online at SUKOSHIMART.COM or in-store at our Scarborough Town Centre and Square One Sukoshi Mart locations.

Can I buy Sukoshi Mart products at the pop-up?

The PLAY LINE FRIENDS pop-up will be limited to LINE FRIENDS and BT21 products only.

Can I buy BT21 and LINE FRIENDS products at other Sukoshi Mart stores?

LINE FRIENDS and BT21 products will be available for purchase exclusively at the PLAY LINE FRIENDS pop-up store and online at SUKOSHIMART.COM at a later date.

Can I place an order for pick-up at the pop-up?

Unfortunately, we will not be offering in-store pick-up.

What is your return and exchange policy for the pop-up?

All purchases made in the PLAY LINE FRIENDS Montréal pop-up are final sale.

In the event that an item is determined to be damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, or due to defective materials, we will repair or exchange the item as needed. If we determine that repair or replacement of a defective product is not practical, we will provide a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that items must be exchanged at the same location where you completed your purchase. Purchases made through SUKOSHIMART.COM and Sukoshi Mart stores are covered separately under the Sukoshi Mart Return & Exchange Policy.

Online Launch FAQ

Can I place an order if I live outside of Canada or the US?

Unfortunately, we are currently only able to fulfill orders for Canadian and US addresses.

Will SUKOSHIMART.COM be carrying all of the same products that are available at the PLAY LINE FRIENDS pop-up?

The pop-up will have the widest selection of LINE FRIENDS and BT21 products for purchase. A limited selection of items will be available for purchase online.

Can I place online orders for pick-up at my closest Sukoshi Mart store?

Orders placed online at SUKOSHIMART.COM are eligible only for shipping.

What is your return and exchange policy?
