Whip up some fluffy pancakes or dorayaki (Japanese red bean pancakes) at home with this hotcake maker. Make a warm and delicious snack whenever the craving hits—and add a fun twist with this mold in the shape of Doraemon's face!

For use on gas stoves only (without Si sensors). Hinge can be removed to use each plate separately. Not dishwasher or microwave safe.

 

Size: Approx. 14.5cm x 36cm x 3.9cm.

 

Materials: Aluminum alloy, phenol resin, stainless steel, fluorine resin coating.

  • Lightly oil or butter the inside of the hotcake mold to prevent sticking.
  • Place a wire mesh grill rack over the stove-top burner to help stabilize the hot cake maker once it is placed on top.
  • On low heat, carefully pour in the prepared batter, making sure not to overfill—approx. 1 full ladle. Hold the handles together to keep the hotcake maker from opening.
  • Flip to the other side once the first side is golden brown, and continue cooking until each side is golden brown and cooked through.
