Short Rules

Contest begins on January 25, 2024 at 12PM ET, and ends on February 7, 2024, at 11:59PM ET. Contest will run online and in-store. Participants must make a qualifying purchase during this time period to be eligible. No minimum purchase required to receive a red pocket. No purchase limit. Value of the discounts are determined at random. For all qualifying purchases in-store or online, entrants will be awarded a physical red pocket with a QR code. This QR code will prompt customers to redeem their discount code exclusively in app between January 25, 2024, and February 28, 2024. Discount codes are for one-time use, and only valid for redemption in app purchases made between January 25, 2024, to February 28, 2024. Discount values are as follows: 10%, 15%, 20%, and one (1) grand prize discount of $100 CAD.

Open worldwide. Canceled orders and orders returned in full will forfeit the use of the awarded discount code associated with the nullified order.

Official Contest Rules

Contest Period

The SUKOSHI MART Lunar New Year Lucky Red Pocket Campaign (herein referred to as the "Contest") begins on January 25, 2024 at 12PM ET, and runs until February 7, 2024 at 11:59PM ET on SUKOSHI's website, app, and in-store locations.

Redemption Period

All prizes won during the Contest Period are only valid for use on the next in-app purchase made between January 25, 2024 12PM ET and February 28, 2024 11:59PM ET. While supplies last.

Eligibility

The Contest is open worldwide. Participation in this Contest automatically signifies acknowledgement and compliance of the Contest Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Contest Rules. The sponsor reserves the right to determine non-compliance with the Contest Rules, and to disqualify entrants at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Participation

No minimum purchase required to receive a red pocket. One (1) discount code will be awarded per purchase. Any purchase made online or in-person during the Contest Period qualifies for entry. No entry purchase limit. During the Contest period, customers who place a qualifying order in any physical SUKOSHI MART store location, sukoshimart.com, or the SUKOSHI MART app during the contest period will receive a physical red pocket with a randomly determined discount QR code, applicable to their next app purchase during the redemption period. Canceled orders and orders returned in full automatically forfeit the right to the redemption of prizes won during the Contest Period. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants at any time, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Prizes

The prizes available to be won during the Contest Period are as follows:

10% off discount code, valid for redemption on the next online order placed on the SUKOSHI MART app between January 25 2024 and February 28 2024.
15% off discount code, valid for redemption on the next online order placed on the SUKOSHI MART app between January 25 2024 and February 28 2024.
20% off discount code, valid for redemption on the next online order placed on the SUKOSHI MART app between January 25 2024 and February 28 2024.
One (1) grand prize of $100 CAD off, valid for redemption on the next online order placed on the SUKOSHI MART app between January 25 2024 and February 28 2024.

Prizes are only applicable to in-app orders. Prizes cannot be combined with any other offers. Prizes cannot be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes in special circumstances at the Sponsor’s discretion, or to terminate the prizes at any time during the Contest Period.

Prize Redemption

Prizes are only valid for purchases made on the SUKOSHI MART app during the Redemption Period. To redeem the prize, enter the one-time use discount code awarded via QR CODE into the “Gift card or discount code” field during the Payment stage of the app checkout process. Discount code must be entered before the checkout process is complete for successful redemption. Discount code cannot be stacked or combined with any other offers.

Publicity

By participating in this Contest, all entrants consent to the use of their likenesses and identifying information (including, but not limited to: name, email address, social media handle(s)), for publicity and promotional purposes during the Contest Period and the Redemption Period. Entrants agree to forfeit the right to further notice and compensation.

Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored and administered by SUKOSHI MART.

Other Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or amend the parameters of the Contest at any time, without prior notice. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Contest at any time, without prior notice or limitations, and at their sole discretion.

Release and Indemnity

All Entrants of the Contest hereby agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor (SUKOSHI MART), and all affiliated personnel as deemed by the Sponsor against (but not limited to) any claims, demands, lawsuits, and damages which relate to the the Entrants participation in the Contest. Indemnities shall be released from responsibility against any losses, damages, or claims. By participating in the Contest or redeeming prizes awarded during the Contest Period, all entrants and winners hereby: (i) confirm compliance and acknowledgement of the Contest Rules, and the Terms and Conditions set forth; (ii) confirm acceptance of the prizes, as awarded.

Law

The Contest is subject to all local, provincial, territorial, state, and federal laws of Canada and the United States. The Contest is governed under, and executed in accordance with, the laws of Canada and the United States. Contest is void where prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

Intellectual property, including but not limited to: promotional images and materials, trademarks, logos, designs, and web pages are owned and licensed by the Sponsor for use. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use of the Sponsor’s intellectual property without express written consent is prohibited.
