Q. My skin gets red and itchy when I use it, is this okay?
A. If you have sensitive skin and are new to retinal, the skin may get red and flaky. It is a normal reaction, and your skin will get used to it gradually when applied consistently.
Q. Why is the cream yellow?
A. The yellow colour from the product is natural due to the key ingredient, retinal. No artificial colours have been added, and this won't cause any pigmentation. The yellow stain when using the product is due to the raw material, and it disappears after washing the face.
Q. Can I use it during the day?
A. We recommend using it at night for best results. If you want to use it during the day, you must use sunscreen with a high SPF. If you have sensitive skin, we strongly recommend that you apply sunscreen the next morning after applying this cream.
Q. Do you recommend it for all skin types?
A. Due to the presence of vitamin A, it is not recommended for pregnant women. Those with extremely sensitive skin, especially skin that is sensitive to vitamin A or chemical exfoliants, should also avoid using this product.
Q. Are there any precautions when using Retinal for the first time?
A. Please be aware that this product cannot be applied with high-content vitamin C products or any exfoliants. If you have sensitive skin, or if you are new to vitamin A products, we recommend adjusting the amount or frequency.
