1. After shampoo, slightly dry your hair with towel.
2. Apply the hair cap from behind to cover all hair(with long hair, you may roll it up first).
3. Adjust the size and then use the enclosed sticker to fix the cap. Slightly massage outside the cap so that the treatment inside can be evenly applied.
4. Remove the cap after 15 to 30 minutes and rinse it off with lukewarm water.
