1. After shampooing, lightly dry your hair with a towel and bring hair to the top of your head. Place the cap on your head with the sticker positioned on your forehead.
2. Once you’ve removed the transparent film on the back of the sticker, adjust cap for preferred fit. Ensure it secures all your hair. Affix the sticker only when you have a proper fit.
3. Massage lightly with your hands so that the nutrients are absorbed evenly.
4. 4. After 10-15 minutes, remove the cap, rinse your hair thoroughly, and style to your liking.
